Bedford supports the rights of clients, their families, carers, guardians and advocates to have a say in how supports and services provided by Bedford are designed and delivered.
Our feedback and complaints process ensures that clients and employees and their support networks can express their view about what is, and what is not, working with the service they receive.
Bedford encourages all clients and employees to exercise their right of choice and control with regards to providing feedback, which in turn helps us to improve our services.
We ensure a safe environment where feedback can be provided in a way that is transparent, fair and confidential. We are committed to providing high-quality services as we deliver our purpose of supporting people with disability to live the life they choose.

Whistleblower
Bedford is committed to the highest standards of conduct and ethical behaviour. In support of this commitment, Bedford strives to foster a culture of honest and ethical behaviour, corporate compliance and good corporate governance. It is Bedford policy to encourage people to speak up about information that gives rise to a suspicion of misconduct or an improper state of affairs, and to ensure that they are supported to do so.
