About the Role
There are two full time permanent positions available, located at our Torrensville and Panorama site. As the Store Supervisor of a designated production area, you will be responsible for the coordination, supervision and training of both supported employees and other staff. You will also be required to ensure that production timelines are met while maintaining a high level of quality and safety. Other key responsibilities include
- Manage and monitor production output, and efficiency
- Foster a learning environment where you teach, coach and mentor employees
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage and complete timely and accurate reporting and documentation processes
- Support other production areas as required
About You As an experienced worker in the Production space you will have a well-developed understanding and knowledge of the environment. You will be organised and adaptable with the ability to take direction as well as delegate tasks. As this role works closely with supported employees it is important that you are a clear communicator with an affinity for the people with disability. Other skills and qualities include
- Experienced in leading, training, and developing a team towards achieving KPIs
- Experienced in a warehouse and/or manufacturing environment
- Advanced understanding of safety, and compliance with WHS policies and procedures
- High level of both verbal and written communication skills
- Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Forklift licence is desirable

- Evidence of full vaccination with a TGA-approved COVID-19 vaccine or acceptable exemption*
- Cleared to work (NDIS Worker Screening Check, National Police Clearance)
- Evidence of right to work in Australia
